Use this interface to manage the ownership, policies, and membership of a selected iFolder for an iFolder user account on the given iFolder domain. The search tool helps you locate the account you want to manage.
Note: When you are logged-in as a secondary administrator, you can view only those iFolders that are owned by users for which you are designated as a secondary administrator. Also, you can manage the iFolders only depending on the rights available to you to manage the iFolders.

indicates that the iFolder is Normal.
indicates that the iFolder is Shared.
indicates that the iFolder is Encrypted.
Click All to view all the iFolders in the current iFolder domain. Click Orphan to view all the orphaned iFolders.
Use one or more of the following search methods, then click Search:
Select Equals as the filter criterion, then type the name of the iFolder you want to locate in the Search iFolders field.
Select a filter criterion ( Begins With, Ends With, Contains, Equals) for the name of the iFolder, then type one or more letters in the Search iFolders field.
Type an asterisk (*) in the Search iFolders field to return a list of all iFolders on the system.
Leave the Search iFolders field empty to return a list of all iFolders on the system.
Do not click anywhere in the page until the page completely refreshes; then you can browse, sort, or manage the iFolders listed in the Search Results report.
Scroll up and down to browse the search results and locate the iFolder you want to manage. The combination of the iFolder's name and owner help to identify the iFolder you want.
Locate the iFolder you want to manage, then select the check box next to the iFolder.
Select an action to perform on the iFolder:
Click Delete to delete the iFolder.
Click Enable to enable the iFolder.
This allows the user to log in and synchronize iFolders.
Click Disable to disable the iFolder.
If the user is logged in when you make this change, the user’s session continues until the user logs out. The policy takes effect the next time the user attempts to log in to the account. To have the lockout take effect immediately, you must restart the Apache services for the iFolder server, which disconnects all active sessions, including the user’s session.
NOTE: By default, all iFolders are enabled.
On the iFolder Users page, click New.
The iFolder creation page opens to the iFolders page.
Name
Assign a name to the iFolder such as ifolder 1.
Description
A short description about the iFolder.
Use the search tool to locate the iFolder you want to manage.
Click the iFolder's link to open the iFolder Details page to the iFolder
tab.
The iFolder Details page will display the iFolder details, a list of members
who own or share with, and policy settings for the current iFolder.
