From the Users page, select a name criterion (First Name, Home Server, Last Name, User Name).

Use one or more of the following search methods, then click Search:
Type the name of the user or LDAPGroup rin the Search Users field.
Type one or more letters in the Search Users field.
Type an asterisk (*) in the Search Users field to return a list of all Users and LDAPGroups on the system.

Note: When you are logged-in as a secondary administrator, you can view only those users for which you are designated as a secondary administrator. Also, you can manage the users depending on the rights available to you.

If the user is logged in when you make this change, the user’s session continues until the user logs out. The policy takes effect the next time the user attempts to log in to the account. To have the lockout take effect immediately, you must restart the Apache services for the iFolder server, which disconnects all active sessions, including the user’s session.
Use this interface to manually provision or reprovision the iFolder users to different servers available in the current iFolder domain.
To provision / reprovision the iFolder users, perform any of the following:
Locate the iFolder users you want to provision.
Select the iFolder server from the Home drop-down list given against each user.
Click Save.
Locate the iFolder users you want to manage.
Select the check box next to each user.
NOTE: When a user logins for the first time and if a home server for the user is not set at the user level, then the server assigned to the LDAPGroup the user belongs to, is automatically allocated to the user.
